The Past
Shinebox was born when Daniel O'Shea decided to take his hobby and passion to the next level.
As many before him, and many to come, Daniel started out working on his own bikes after work in a dark, powerless rented garage.
What started as a simple mods here & there, soon became angle grinders, wiring diagrams and a spare bedroom full of custom parts.
Before long, Daniel found himself building complete customs for friends, just for the pure joy of the experience. Sadly for his friends, his skills could only be free for so long.......
The Present
These days, Daniel still builds from a home workshop, although a far cry from a spare bedroom.
Daniel handles every aspect of each build personally. Everything from fabrication, engine rebuilds and electrics. Through to seats, ceramic coating and paint. All done by one man.
Giving all his attention to just one main build at a time and drawing inspiration from his own mind, Daniel creates unique builds with a perfectionist's minset.
